Over‑tolerant drilling results in tube‑assembly fit issues, undermining heat‑exchanger operation.

Q: Can you guarantee the flatness of Tube Sheet and perpendicularity of tube holes?
A: Our production is strictly implemented in accordance with the dimensional requirements specified on drawings. We will inform you in advance if any specifications cannot be satisfied.
Q: For seawater service, should we adopt stainless steel tube sheet or duplex steel tube sheet?
A: We recommend ASTM A182 F51 (2205) as priority choice. Seawater contains high concentration of chloride ions. Stainless steel tube sheet has weaker resistance to chloride-induced corrosion compared with duplex steel, hence duplex steel is suggested.
