Suitable for temperatures up to 80°C.
Flange packing is a unique solution for long-term corrosion problems.
Flange packing is a coating based on a composite polar polymer. Its paste-like form allows it to be used without pretreatment. The viscoelastic formula allows this material to flow into gaps and voids, producing a good, corrosion-resistant seal.
Flange packing systems are time-saving and cost-effective due to their ease of use. Provides long-term protection.
Performance: Bonds to steel, FBE (Fused Epoxy Powder), polyurethane, polyethylene. High resistance. Weather-resistant/salt-resistant. Temperature range from -51°C to 80°C. Fills the entire gap. Removable/reusable. Flange surface requires minimal pretreatment. Use a manual or pneumatic gun with a flexible nozzle for gentle injection. This ensures the annular gap is completely filled before sealing with CZ wrapping tape.
E-2400/E2000 High Temperature Flange Packing – Suitable for temperatures up to 149°C.
E-2400/E2000 High Temperature Corrosion-Resistant Flange Packing is designed to protect flange connections from corrosion at temperatures up to 149°C. E-2400/E2000 is a non-electrolytic gel-based corrosion protection agent for steel flanges, bolts, pipes, and structures.
After 2000 hours of salt spray testing on nut and bolt assemblies using the ASTM-B1117 standard, areas protected by E2000/2400 can still be turned by hand. Proper use of E2000/2400 helps protect flange connections from corrosion.
