High-pressure elbows can be classified into several types based on different manufacturing processes, angles, and connection methods:

1. By angle: Common elbows include 90-degree, 45-degree, and 180-degree elbows. These angles adapt to different pipeline layout requirements, meeting various space constraints and fluid dynamics requirements.

2. By connection method: Mainly flanged elbows, welded elbows, and threaded elbows. Flanged elbows are easy to disassemble and maintain, welded elbows are suitable for applications requiring extremely high sealing performance, and threaded elbows are mostly used in small-diameter systems.

3. By manufacturing process: They can be further divided into integral forged elbows, welded elbows, and cast elbows. Integral forged elbows have higher mechanical properties, welded elbows have flexible manufacturing processes, and cast elbows are lower in cost, but their performance under high-pressure conditions requires rigorous testing.
